Weird

I read a saying and thought it was very funny... It had said that in the jail during the summer it had been hot and in the winter he was freezing. The priest had asked one of the inmates why this was, and he said he had no idea but he hated it. I thought this was the funniest thing, because at times that is how it is in school. Not many people enjoy it so that is why they do that in the jail! Then then Lucius had brought up my mom's favorite show back to when it was on, Prision Break! Weird!!!!

Friday

They were close on some of the things it had to say. It had said that I like to help others. The other part that was right as well is the fact that i do not like to share my feelings with anyone, but i am very emotional! The one thing that was off was Judging people, I have a bad habit with judging people around me, but I do keep my comments to myself.

Change of Heart by Jodi Picoult

1."My own words to Alma came back to me: It's not probable. Anything's possible." Change of Heart
~This quote caught my eye because anything is possible to do. I alway say somethings are impossible and well after reading this quote it made me realize that anyone can do anything for the most part. There is not much a person cannot do unless they do not trying!
2."Kurt's arms were wrapped tight around my daughter; Elizabeth rested her head on his chest." Change of Heart
~This was talking about when they were in the coffin together. They let June put them in one. This caught my eye, because my grandma has just pasted away. It was like an every night thing for them to do, lay down together that way. Their bodies were going to be that way just like they were evey night. I wish people could do it daily. I am not sure if people are aloud to do that or not but i have not heard of it. Although you would not be able to unless the people had died together or on the same day.

In the Prision

When I read all the statements about what has happened in the prision... well it cracks me up! They fight and argue with each other. This makes you realize that different people are in prision for a reason. Shay had been called the Messiah. All the guys some how managed away to share one piece of gum with six guys. They had got caught with the gum in their mouths. Lucuis, one of the inmates, had AIDS. Asummingly the day after he had chewed the gum he did not have it anymore. The nurse said that this was not even possible, but the truth was he did not have it anymore. This was a shock to everyone around. Shay wants to donate his organs after they execute him. The warden of the prision thinks that it is the most stupid idea ever, because they will not be working or good anymore! When he had got convicted there was a priest on the jury. The warden had asked Michael, the priest to come into the prision and talk to Shay. He had agree hoping that Shay did not remember who he was. This was his first time being in the jail in which case everything was still new to him. When they had got to that section of the jail the warden had paged the guy in the tower. He had told him to open up Shay's cell. But he opened all of the cell doors and every inmate ran out! Can you say crazy!

A Sad Begining!

The Change of Heart is a great book so far! There is a lady named June who lost her husband and oldest daughter. She had come home one day, eight months pregnant, to find her husband and daughter covered in their own blood. Her husband's name was Kurt. Kurt was a police officer a very good and respected one at that. June's daughter's name was Elizabeth, she was seven-years-old when she was killed. Shay Bourne, the guy who killed the two of them, was helping the family add on to their house. Shay came out to be a wonderful guy, but like most people say you cannot judge a book by its cover. Shay had to go to trial, all the evidence lead to him the question just was what was the verdict to this all. The jury finally came to a conclusion that he would be executed for his wrong doing. He had went to prision, where he was in a cell by himself. By this time June had already had her babygirl, Claire. She was going to need a heart transplant. Meanwhile Shay was still surving time in the prision meeting the poeple around him in the other cells. There was one inmate that did not like him, because he had killed a child. Reading a long answered a few questions; he could not write words. When Shay would try and write all of his letters would get messed up and come on the paper wrong. Change of Heart was a sad story at some points!
